Rebuilt E46 N42 Gearbox in Penang

Anyone experience the gearbox clicking sound from the gearbox and can feel it if touching the shifter,the clicking sound once a while and when it come clicking then became Tak tak tak sound after gearbox turn to limp mode
I did send to Penang Chu seng,after being doing so-call servicing replacing broken clutch plate(the boss says semi done,internal not yet),the shop charge me Rm3600 and I only able to run for 5000km).
Not confident anymore with this shop on gearbox.wasted my time & money.
Anyone can recommend really good shop in Penang island with really good job?
