Need Help on Post Sales for BMW Malaysia

Hi,I need to know how to reach BMW Malaysia Post Sales Support? Call them, email them.... all doesn't work. They say that they will call me back but already 2 weeks waiting for their response.The phone system just say "Mailbox full, please try again later. Goodbye" then hangs up. Very stupid system.Very disappointed with the support they are giving. Would appreciate if someone can connect me to them before I decide to sell off my BMW.Thanks a lot.
