F10 528i Original Tyre Sizes

Hi,

I am in the process of looking for new tyres for my Malaysian built 2011 528i (3.0lt). Currently the car has 245/45R18 run flats on all 4 wheels. Looking at some online forums and some posts on here it would suggest that some cars have 245/45R18 on the front and 275/40R18 on the rear. I tried to contact BMW for assistance but got nowhere. Anyone know what the original size tyres are for this car?

Have you checked the sticker on your driver side B-pillar? The tire sizes are normally there. Currently you have a square setup, where all tires are the same. Staggered setup is meant for a much stable handling. Which is ur current wheel style?

Based on your picture, you have style 237 wheels. refer here http://www.bmwstylewheels.com/bmw/237. All rims having the same width (8").

Means originally, it has a square setup for this rims. Original size is 245/45/18, as per the side sticker.
