E46 Fuel Tank Strap problem

The bracket for the strap has dropped off.

Anybody suggest a workshop which can weld a bracket for my E46?

Suggest you go to an exhaust shop to weld it back, or customize a new bracket. Most mechanic does not have welding tools.
