Dear All ,

Please kindly take note of the followings:-

1. The AD seats given up by Astroboy and Vixxx are actually their spouses' seats.

2. Spouse/partner are not entitled for door gift and lucky draw prize.

3. Hence any new person taking up these seats, will not be entitled for door gift and lucky draw prize as our allocations are just sufficient for OM registered earlier.

4. In the case of Bimmerchic (OM & partner seats), the person (has to be an OM) taking over his OM seat will be entitled for door gift goodies & lucky draw prize.

5. Nevertheless any new person(s) taking over any seats (whether OM or spouse seats) from any OM, said OM must informed the AD Organising Chairman Maccasel by providing full personal particulars of the new person for registration purposes.

6. AD Organising Committee will not accept any walk-in and/or unregistered guest.

You need to arrange with bimmerchic to transfer his OM seat to you. Please request him to inform Organising Chairman Maccasel accordingly so that his (bimmerchic) door gift & lucky draw will be transferred to you.

Awana has a covered park park of 4 levels and it is first come first basis. I have suggested earlier, it is better to park your car here due to raining season. No need to have a lay-out plan of the car park as the covered car park is just directly opposite the hotel lobby.
