Hi fellow Founding members and Official members,
As we all know the previously planned AD2013 back in December did not materialize because of the flood situation in the East Coast which affected quite a number of our members.The Managing Committee have decided to bring this event to March this year to be held together with 2014 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Annual Dinner 2013 - A Night in History
Below are the breakdown of the cost involved as arranged with the Hotel Management:
Hotel Room (Per Night) RM 280.00 nett (inclusive of breakfast for 2)
Dinner for OM (per pax) RM 80.00 nett (International Buffet)
Total Cost RM 360.00
Please therefore deposit the sum of RM 360.00 into the Club's Maybank account to confirm your slot.
OM's Spouse and Children above the age of 12 are charged at RM 80.00 nett per pax (Please also bank into the Club's account )
OM's Children below the age of 12 are Free of Charge
Club Guest are charge at RM 100.00 nett per pax (Please also bank into the Club's account )
The Committee has decided on the following for Official Members Only:
1. OM's Dinner will be Free of Charge and covered by the Club. BMWCM will reimburse RM 80,00 to every OM who attends the Annual Dinner.
2. BMWCM will also reimburse every OM who attends the AGM AND Annual Dinner a sum of RM 100.00
3. All reimbursements will be done at the point of registration during the Annual Dinner
Please therefore deposit the relevant charges first to the Club's account for confirmation no later than 13th March 2014 (Wednesday)
