guys, nice meeting you all.
i presently do not have a charge port in condo. so i basically rely on the battery control mode to charge the battery. What do you guys think of it; does it impact the battery reliability long term?

You can get your building management to lay a power point for you. Other than that, it is rather useless to have a PHEV car without a power station - as well buy a 520i. Bear in mind that the car price will reach rock bottom when your car is 5 years and so, especially when it is time to replace those batteries.

I have one friend who owns at 2013 Audi A6 hybrid - now no one wants to buy it even at RM50K or 55K.

Go for petrol if you could. Unless you don't mind the resell value.
