2019 SEA Next Map, anyone got it?

For those who got their F10 thru local dealers, has anyone been able to download the 2019 map via the ConnectedDrive option? I have been waiting from Feb till now and no luck still, it is still showing ' Do you want to ...... Next 2018-02. for your vehicle.......' . Lodged a complaint to CS, so just wonder if anyone here has downloaded the 2019 map successfully ... Tks.

I dont think our region (Asia) supports that bro. Either u download thru USB, or get the Service Center to do it for u.

I'm also on 2018-2 downloaded via usb last year. BMW website now still showing 'Do you want....Next 2018-2?
Any bro successfully downloaded the 2019 map kindly let us know.

If you still have a valid Connected Drive subscription on Maps update, pls lodge a case with the customer service.

Car was bought new from local distri , so the map update is valid for 3 years, mine subscription will end in Aug this year. Have been doing it for the past couple of years, just not getting any update this year somehow..
