Ordered from UK together with the airbag. The grip feels much better. I still have the original though.

Suddenly this one brilliant architech from UK but not born in UK :67: create haywire by racuning me with his paddle shift M-Sport steering wheel. He fixed it on his Aegean Blue 530i in UK. I end up makan his racun and ordered the steering wheel from this one I must say rather dishonest person. The deal was suppose to be together with the the slip ring. But he managed to get away by just sending me without it. I can't use my old slip ring as paddle shift wheel require a slip ring that has 2 wires connector as well. I end up has to make separate order from eBay after hunting for a while. One tips is that, you can choose the one that says for steering heater. They have an option for that in Europe. Somehow it is cheaper compare to those who is selling with description SMG. Actually it is the same. After managed to get all the components, Haywire gave me diagram of the wiring. If I'm not mistaken cost him about USD150 to get the slip ring with the wiring. SMG/Heated slip ring cost me about USD50 from eBay. I went to Jalan Pasar to buy the wire and connectors which cost me about RM5. Parking there more expensive :argh: Thanks Haywire for sharing.

    This is the result

Yes, comfort seat is so relaxing and even after a long distance drive, you won't feel tired. However just don't fall asleep on long distance drive.

You are right bro Herbert. I believe this is something you don't find in below 5 series model. E38 seat can be fitted directly into E38 without any modification. My E38 originally come with standard manual seat. This electric comfort is a worthy upgrade.

Well the ride frequency of a BMW suspension system will keep you awake. Remember that this includes the seat stiffness.
Moral of the story is everythin in a car in there for a reason. Want to modify? Understand the design first.

Back to my story, after the paddle shift steering wheel which I really enjoy for spirited driving sometimes, I decided to invest on adjustable suspension. I have decided on Titan after reading various review about it. Paid RM2,700. I must say I am satisfied with the setup after 3 setting adjustment. Titan was fitted using my standard coil spring as recommended by the founder Richard.

When I first saw this E39 at used car dealer, the Topaz Blue really catch my attention. As we all aware, used car is good at satu lapis repainting to make it look almost flawless. After about a year owning it, the body start showing the true colour after kena racun at one car wash to polish the car. Feel bad about it I start looking for a workshop to repaint it. I've chosen Liew Motor at Glenmarie Shah Alam to do the transformation. I have also decided then to transform it to the M-Sport model.
How about colour? After looking at Paul Tan's E39 Sparkling Graphite, I fell in love with the colour. Sparkling Graphite - Glasurit
