Hey jsen, is that you who called? Keep it up, and keep us informed of the results! Be aware that the idling will hunt for a while after plugging back the ECU.

err... u probably need a manual to feel the different on for the M3 cams.. if auto. then its kinda LPPL.. hehehe>! not so advisable for auto le.!

ok le.. slight improvement nia.. i felt tat the car is more lighter, responsive is a sure... mid n top end power increase tremendiously..hmmm, the nex thing in mind, perhaps need to change the brakes instead..! :)

Putting just the chip alone does not warrant the need to change the brakes yet, the chip simply frees up a few horses at the top end and also make the car more driveable. Of course upgrading to better brake pads is always recommended, chipped or not, just no need to change to big mama discs...

i suggest u check brake fluid and caliper, seal etc. If I am remember correctly, there are service kits for caliper.

FYI. With the new chip, you do not have rev limiter anymore. So watch the revs closely when you tarik....good excuse to fit a shift light.hehhehe

    No offense to anyone, ok?

The chip is to give you advance ignition meaning better power respone, not the purpose of rev to redline.

The old car like '94 / '95 sure mati cepat if always rev to redline. :D :D

itu I tahu lah....just be careful when downshifting. With the ori chip, there's a rev cut. You can still rev all the way to redline. But the limiter cuts in. With this chip dont have mah. So have to be careful loh...

    heheheh....

With the ori chip do you always rev to cut ? I am SURE you don't. heehee........

true lah..but we already know of a guy who wrong shifted and damaged his engine, right? So have to watch out loh.. Me not saying the chip not good mah...

Imagine running in 4th gear at 180kmh then instead of shifting to 5th, u masuk 3rd instead.....

Or if you masuk corner and downshift and release clutch too fast...

    wah...me cakap macam expert..hehhehehe

the chip is still a good upgrade...just be careful loh...
