Please check typo errors in Constitution.

8.9 Any member of the Managing Committee who would like to tender his / her
resignation from the Managing Committee hall serve onto the Secretary a two (2)
month's notice in writing stating his / her reason(s) for such resignation at the next
Managing Committee's meeting for deliberation and should the Managing
Committee accept the resignation, the said member shall serve out his / her notice
period in full from the date of service and subject to all Club dues being settled in
full.



9.3 The Secretary shall conduct the business of the Club in accordance with its
Constitution and shall carry out the instruction of the General Meeting and of the
Managing Committee. He shall be responsible for all conducting all correspondence
and keeping all books, documentation and papers except for the accounts and
financial record. He shall maintain a register of numbers with particulars as stated in
Article 4. He shall attend all meetings and record the proceeding. He shall submit
the annual return of the Club to the Registrar of Societies after the holding of the
AGM as required under section 14 (1) of the Societies Act, 1966.

 

No reply from CM with regards to the above post informing them the errors in the Constitution.

Guess the said errors aren't important then.
