cool shots , bro . i was in gate 3 , the walkabout . horrible view
- cant even get a single decent pix - most of them end up
looking like a cageup WWF event due to the heavy fencing ! :stupid:

Very nice. I'm amazed by the various angles of the photos. You must be moving around the track....:top:

eh guys,
this fella is a pro la. quick reflex and good anticipation is the key. right ah simon?

Aiyah, where got pro la... If pro means I would be using a couple of D3's, a 14-24, a 70-200 2.8, a 300 2.8, a 400 2.8 and maybe a 600 4.0 or a 800 mm
And I told you before...... don't give away my secret identity online la!

No Photoshop la, just a bit for colour correction and contrast.
It's 100% original capture. No cut and paste crap!

Oh no! I didn't assume you did any major photoshop editting. I thought you added a filter or something. It looks incredible. Any tips on getting that kind of contrast in an image?

And btw, the 300 ED you mentioned, I'm not so pro in lenses, but does tht mean its a 300mm prime lens?

No worries... it's just adjustment of Levels / Curves. But mainly the background itself in that particular plus the lighting in that particular situation rendered a high contrast situation naturally.
Yes, the 300 mm is a prime telephoto, but the f4.0 version

Wow, that is awesome. I'm so used to only 30mm or 50mm prime lenses. Bigest I've used was only 80mm. I think. Haha.
