Went to Desa Sri Hartamas branch yesterday to submit my written notice on the cancellation and was told all these crappy stuff. Anyway, the person who handled my complaint yesterday promised to call me today for the details of my agreement but she has not done so. Hmm, I am too tired now to elaborate further...will do so in one of these days when I have the time.
