LCI 325i M-Sports. Solution to the harsh ride?

OK I know M-sport is supposed to be sporty but I don't want the ride to be so stiff and I will actually sacrifice some handling for comfort. You know what I mean? My E46 330Ci non-M was sooooooooo nice as a cruiser but this 325i M is just another world. Maybe the E46 was had in Australia where the roads are better. I know why the ride quality isn't so great. 18" wheels, run flats, M-sport suspension and less-than-ideal road conditions here. Now I realized even our toll ways aren't that good either.Somebody suggested H&R Sport Springs but I know nothing about suspension. In fact I'm very new to car modding so I hope the sifus here can give me some advice. Thank you!

what do you think of H&R Sport Springs? someone mentioned but it's gonna soften the ride or make it even more harsh

All after market springs are shorter to lower the car for a slammed sexy look. By doing so, u end up with lesser suspension traveling space, so by default, such lowered spring is stiffer or harder than the OEM stock spring on a non M Sport 325i. So chances are you potentially end up with a much stiffer spring, depending on how stiff your current M Sport spring.

The swap solution won't work for u too because yours is a 325i, so your car is a tad heavier than a 320i, I reckon 325i standard non MSport springs are stiffer than my 320i springs..

Softer springs or absorber will increase comfort but sacrifice performance in terms of stability and braking distance. Think twice before u downgrade.

Just replace your RFTs with normal tyres and leave everything else as it is.......Try the new Michelin Pilot Sports 3...excellent ride comfort with outstanding grip!

It's been great compared to my OEM 17" RFTs + OEM non Msport setup.

I set it to about 13-14 clicks away from full-hard setting.

Perhaps you may want to try changing the tyres first.

How much did you pay for your KW V2?

i think its around Rm5-6k now. I got mine in S'pore SGD2450 2 yrs ago.
