All bullshit if you ask me it is all because there is NO ENFORCEMENT. No enforcement means, they are either not around to do their jobs e.g. just take a look at the street parking! or not doing their jobs properly i.e. instead of giving the bugger a fine, they negotiate. This heavy vehicles ban has a  loophole. Before too long it will be abck to square one because every heavy vehicle also has a permit to justify their need to be on the road during peak hours. Just another golden opportunity for some people who like to negotiate to make money. Watch and see.</p></blockquote><p></p>
