Our insurance will pay for our repairs first and later claim from 3rd Party insurance. This way we don't lose our NCD (No Claim Discount)If any of us get into an accident and you feel scared to get down from the car cause of his face or you feel that they might want to rob you, just take down the car number and go straight to the police station and make a report. Within 24 hours if the other party doesn't make a report, you might be in the right and therefore an official report will be released within a week. With this report you are able to go to JPJ to get the car owners name with his/her house address and also Name of insurance company. Then you can make an ODKFK claim.
