hi bro, thx for responding this post. well i dont want to offend the dealer untill im certain of it. my car been sell to him for a year (since July 2011) and untill now still not yet sell as what he claim. as such i want to accertain if my car E240 benz is still with him at his showroom or not. i will pm u his company details if u keen to help out. then u pose as potential buyer ask for my car to see if still there. if not there, i need to think of next step instead of keep kena stall time. i have all his company details and also my car no as well as the boss name. keen to help?

bro, yes. sold to him on 2011 aug....till to date still not yet sale out. sold to him time, i top up 46k to CIMB as i agree the price he took in from me are 155k as such rest i need to settle with bank. that alone, i also did gave prove to him that i have clear all and the 155k price are his to settle. untill to-date....still not sold. i begin to smell something rat. do you think you can assist me to check it out? i will give you his info and my car details etc. i badly need advice and help on this. scare if been sold off illegally, than im dead meat with banker for the debts is going to be mine. sigh....look forward to hear from u soon
