    Vikes - how do u add on gps? Can u use i drive to operate?

    most older X3 2.5 do not have i-drive. Japan specs have entertainment module that include TV monitor. So, just add-on to this system.

    add on into the system how? Mind to elaborate ? Just curious as mine is parallel connection by using a button to switch from the original system to Papago. But has to use a remote as the screen is not touch screen. Thought it was neatly done. Wonder if there are better ways though.

    Mine was actually done by my dealer in Seremban. I'm not sure how it's technically done. But they install a button next to the gear lever, where pressing it would change the input source of the screen btw the original BMW system and Papago on windows CE. I would liken it to your tv where u choose av input btw Astro and DVD player.
