The best diesel out there ???

    Forummers,

Just wondering what is the best diesel oil that you guys are using for your oil burners ?
I heard that Petronas has the best diesel out there but I am just wondering what the other forummers use or prefer ?
Is there a major difference in power or mileage in your prefered brand ?

Likewise on rare occasions, does your oil burners come out with white smoke for a short while and dissappear ?

white smoke means you got water either in engine or exhaust . if u see this in morning after cold night it should be fine. else get your car checked.

one wise bmwcm member told me does not matter which brand as long the diesel sold in the petrol station is fast moving ( lots car pump diesel there ) and they put in new stock fast the diesel should be good.

What is realised that these happens after a very heavy rain. And this happens after a few hours the rain has stopped. And it only smokes while stationary and only for a few seconds.

The best diesel can be found in Europe In Malaysia, all of them are under Euro 2M standards so they are all more or less the same.

Is singapore on Euro4 or Euro5 ? I try to make it a point to drive down there once a month a pour a full tank of that diesel.
BTW, is there any station in near Bukit Kayu Hitam that has Euro 4 in Thailand ?
