Is the XXL really 17.5 " collar..if its the same as that used by Tyke, then it seems unusually small for an XXL...However, if its bigger then would like to know if there's one available....

If the XXL is too small for us chaps with the extra padding, is there anyway we can get some our sizes like XXXL or bigger even? Love to get one and if i could wear it, thats a bonus...
