Hi all sifus, need some advice on the angel eye ring sizes. I just bought a set of angel eyes that come with all standard 131mm diameter. My car is e46 4 doors new facelift with factory equip single xenon light, but after discussed with 1 e46 owner who's installed an AE earlier (same light as mine) claim that the correct size should be 2 big (146mm) + 2 small (131mm). So, am I buying a wrong eyes? Or actually 4x 131mm also can fit? Thanks for the link sharing. Hmm...strange, wonder why all the online seller (almost all eBay seller) are claiming that 2 big (146mm) & 2 small (131mm) rings are only for prefacelift. For facelift with single projector must use all 4x 131mm. Wonder is it a different mounting method? or is it the ring for the xenon light suppose to mount in between the projector and the shroud?? Think I found a picture of mounting the projector headlight light using the smaller ring,it seems can be fit, just the angel eyes will not sit on the groove of the HID ring, but overlap the inner diameter.
this might be unrelated. anybody know where can i purchase headlamps with xenon projector beams? mine are all halogen. facelift model 02'.
