oh my god.. pity to look at the car like that.. but that is what we call a realy strip down car, ready for a full restoration. hope you manage to rebuild the car man.. keep us posted!

p/s my personal opinion, better off buying the yellow 2002 on sale in the other thread, all looks fine and ready to be driven ..(but a bit too high on the price)

Chroming .... Pan Malaysia somewhere deep inside Sg Buluh.
Last month I went, they no longer open for walk in customers .... people like us lah.
Too troublesome/petty for their smooth operation.

The shop where I send the front grill can do the work ... but it will cost you ...
name is Koh Surface Treating & Engineering Tel 03-61565455, call them and ask them to fax you the location map.

What Pan Malaysia don't want to do Koh will do, eg I chrome my steel spare wheel @RM150 and the plastic grill (6pcs) and inner taillight box(2pcs) @ RM600.

InitilaM, the armrest at the back seat is original.
The headrest for the front seat is from E21 (?) and the upholstery shop made some modification on the seat to enable the headrest stems to go inside the seat.

Strider, the material is not leather. It may look like leather, and feel like leather ....
Cannot afford leather at this moment, and the upholstery shop do not have leather.
I asked the guy to do double stitching at the edges, same like the more expensive leather seats.

For you, here are better pictures of the dashboards:
