Mode for establishing Committee-Members relations

The merits of both recourse have been discussed extensively. Now, it's time to make a choice, an intelligent choice. Please bear in mind that the Committee is expecting members to hold their peace once issues are discussed at these meetings.

However, a separate section in the forum enables members to raise issues freely as and when they crop up. Both sides must commit to issuing and replying on issues amicably and in a civil manner to make this work. More importantly, this recognises the dynamic and fluid nature of this forum.

Agreed with "dear committee" kind of thing but would be pointless if reply from the committee reply is slow or lack of tact.

Jarence - DD has explained that reply from Committee may take some time. I think that's fair and I've advised him that under such circumstances, a cover note to explain that the matter is being considered and shall be responded eventually will constitute good practice.

I think with this solution, far better relations between Committee and Members will ensue. I'm looking for better times ahead! Cheers!

Agreed with JPB. I dont demand an immediate reply to my concerns, just to acknowledge that its being heard is good enuff...

Anyway, I have started a Dear Committee thread, let's see what happens there.

u know that farking thread lock already but i see the bosses still can post one... like that where got aci... you know lah people gaduh time always want to have the last say... like that, if me, i lose already like ultraman faster take out super power... put the padlock... then slowly ne-nene-ne-neh people... where can tahan man...

play-play only lah... ultraman always do the right thing for the community... he won't step on the good people of this earth... only kill those farking monsters...
