Ah, I wonder what X-trail Club supremo (and ex-super active BMW forummer) desbimmer aka apostate is doing about it. I just saw his handsome face in the latest issue of the Tan Chong newsletter.

It's an international problem. Business Week reported a few months ago that despite Ghosn's success in restoring sales to dizzy levels and profitability, quality has suffered due to hasty production and incurred huge costs (esp in the US) for recalls of their new Nissan Miruno etc. I got a friend who wanted to get that car but I advised him to defer until launch of VW Toureg. Not sure what's the price differential though.

Murano is going for quarter mil right? Seems from reviews that its more flash than substance.

So horrible the X-trail, it suppose to be a robust car. Anyone got experience with X-Trail.
