I thought the normally aspirated 500hp 5 ltr V10 in the new M5 was impressive, 100bhp/ltr in a 5 ltr V10. The Japanese has done a 590hp in 4 ltrs V8 normally aspirated and squeezed it into a 4 door saloon.

wOW. Since this is relating to a Mugen engine, can the mods move this to the new "Other Makes" thread, to fill up that section. Thanks!

Nice......the site did not say whether it's a racing engine or road engine. The M3 GTR has a NA 4 litre V8 engine, churning out 500bhp and 500Nm of torque, but it's a racing engine built for the 24 hours races.
The remarkable thing about the E60 M5 engine is that it still meets Euro emissions regulations!!!

Yeah... most F1 cars are churning out over 900 bhp, 3 litres and NA. but they last 2 races 1000kms only.

thats a tuned car.
the stock legend has only 320bhp and a stock m5 has 507bhp.so, imagine if the m5 was tuned.
